Shipping policy

Delivery within Australia

We ship all orders via Australia Post Standard as the default service.

• Free shipping is available on all domestic orders with a sub‑total of AUD 75 or more(before tax).

• Orders under AUD 75 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery zone.

Express shipping option

• At checkout you can choose Australia Post Express Post as a faster option if available.

• Express delivery is typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location and how early the parcel is lodged with Australia Post.

Order processing time

• We aim to process and ship 3D‑printed orders within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

• Shipping timelines (Standard or Express) start once the order has been printed and dispatched.

Packaging and handling

• All 3D‑printed parts are securely packaged to minimise damage during transit.

• If you receive a damaged or clearly defective print that is not due to your design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

• You can cancel your order only if it has not yet started printing.

• Once printing begins, cancellations may not be possible and may incur a partial or full material fee.

• Returns are generally not accepted for custom‑made 3D‑printed products unless the item is damaged or significantly different from the provided design specifications.

International shipping

• We do not currently offer international shipping; all orders are for Australian delivery only.
